On February 22, 2025, the Kowloon Federation of Associations and the Community Care Association Community Integrated Service Centre officially opened. Attendees included Ms. Mak Mei-kuen, Secretary for Home Affairs and Youth Affairs; Mr. Kwok Cheung-yung, Deputy Director of the Kowloon Working Group of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Hong Kong; Mr. Chiang Chi-ho, Home Affairs Officer of Kowloon City; Ms. Lam Yee-mui, Welfare Officer of Kowloon City and Yau Tsim Mong District; Mr. Poon Yuen-fong, Director (Property Management) of the Hong Kong Housing Society; a Hong Kong deputy to the National People's Congress; Ms. Tsui Li, Chairperson of the Kowloon Federation of Associations; Mr. Chairman of the Community Care Association; and Mr. Yeung Wing-kit, Vice Chairperson of the Kowloon Federation of Associations.
