The main facilities offered in the "Gaoshan Road Community Living Room" include a shared kitchen/preparation area, dining room, living room, shared study/workspace for children, and self-service laundry and dryers. Additional facilities will be provided, including a children's play/reading corner, multi-purpose activity space, and bathrooms.

We provide tutoring services, lifestyle information (such as women's empowerment, parent-child activities, etc.), and introductions/lectures on community resources, and refer suitable community resources and services (such as integrated family service centers, integrated youth service centers, senior citizen neighborhood centers, etc.) as needed.
Community support
It connects businesses and local organizations to provide non-cash donations (such as food aid, affordable meals, and secondhand item donations), while also providing emergency moving services and minor home repairs. It encourages the free sharing of items (such as electric drills, small sewing machines, and tool kits), and connects with local networks and volunteer services.
Care and Sharing
The Social Welfare Department (“SWD”) will launch the “Community Living Room Pilot Scheme” – Ko Shan Road Community Living Room Project (“Project”) in March 2025, funded by the Community Care Fund. The Project focuses on supporting subdivided flat tenants (especially families with children) by providing them with extra living space and expanding their social networks, thereby improving their living standards and strengthening their sense of community. The SWD has appointed the Community Care Association Limited as an accredited service provider to collaborate with the Kowloon Federation of Associations Social Service Fund Limited and the Kowloon Women’s Federation Limited to operate the “Project,” providing services comprising three elements:
